Unparalleled Professionalism and Quality! I have a relatively large and complex roof. I met with 5 different roofers prior to going with Abbey Roofing, and none of them provided the professionalism and integrity that Steve Goodhand provided nor gave me the sense of confidence I got with choosing Abbey. I was not disappointed! They were fantastic. The job was extremely well-coordinated; the workers were skilled, tireless and very pleasant. They had originally planned to do the work over 3 days but were able to complete the work in two 12 hour days! Not only was their work impeccable but their cleanup at the end of a long day was outstanding. Steve knows his stuff and is very easy to deal with. You may be able to find a cheaper roofer out there but you won't find someone who'll provide you with the peace of mind you'll get going with Abbey Roofing. \u201cThis letter shall serve as a reference to the professionalism of ABBEY Roofing. Around March 2009 I called ABBEY Roofing regarding water leakage during rain at my place of residence. At the time of the call I was unable to reach a live voice but within 30 minutes I received a return phone call with an apology for the voice message. At the time it was raining and I was told, unfortunately nothing could be done till it stops raining. Later, the same evening I received a call from the owner. I told him of my history with his company. The next morning he visited my home and inspected the roof, he noticed the entire roof had blisters both broken and unbroken. He told me the apparent problem and suggested I invoke my warranty rights. He told me how I should do it but suggested, perhaps a telephone call may speed the process. I made the telephone call and a package or kit is being forwarded to me to proceed in taking advantage of the warranty. After explaining the problem to me, it was obvious through the explanation that the water leak was not the result of workmanship on behalf of ABBEY Roofing. ABBEY Roofing repaired the area of concern and gave me instructions to replace the bat after the board dries. I am thankful there are still companies like ABBEY Roofing where owners and employees have superior integrity and knowledge. I found both owners to be knowledgeable, cordial and tempered with conservatism. I highly recommend this company to any consumer who may need service beyond what is expected today.
